'Hello From Planet Earth' plays an essential role in shaping the duos deep house sound. With the ease of funk and enough sonic boom to be produced by a high-speed aircraft, it's vantage track 'All Aboard' which first introduces you to their futuristic odyssey. Instructing a serious note to the next twelve tracks, a voice in the background says, "All violators will be hung up by their private parts" -an unlikely tactic to threaten the listener before they've begun, you certainly feel obliged to pay attention. Stand out tracks of the album include, 'Celebration Of Life' which has a hypnotic, slightly trippy deep bass melody, interspersed by a quirky bell chime and delayed male vocals which subtly weave in and out for that extra sprinkle of shuffle. 'Mr Jack' does exactly what it says on the tin with its jackin' 4/4 drum kicks and same-sound flavour to dirty beat connoisseurs Pan-Pot. The lyrics aren't exactly subtle either, with an X rated tone, the male vocals on this track are calling out to be 'jacked off', this is perfect for a late night dance marathon. Up next is 'Dream In Berlin' which has to be the sexiest thing on the menu and creeps along with an illusive female vocal stab. Her seductive voice sounds just like that of Cascabel gentz - 'Dirty Lips' Afrilounge remix. Like the lady says, Let your hair down' because the deep chords and relaxed beats combine effortlessly to suit your sunset mood. As mentioned earlier, it is often the feeling that deep house can become 'yawn house' as the dub and downbeat styling's become as far removed from a celebration of happiness as possible and this is exactly what 'Orange Soft Cake' tastes like. Similar in sound to 'Plata' and 'Heavens Gate' these tracks wont light up the skies above but instead drag you down to a melancholy state and unearthly tension. Other short interludes include 'Floripa' and 'Magic Bubbles' which are 2 highly experimental ambient tracks that fail to complete an honest deep house package.
